Reiki (pronounced ray-key) was founded in Japan back in 1922 by Dr. Mikao Usui who created the Usui Reiki system known today. It is an alternate healing method used today by many all around the world. It is the use of universal life force energy to help balance you as a whole; mind, body, emotion & spirit. It is a spiritual system that is non-religion based, therefore it is for anyone and everyone to use and learn.

Reiki is administered by having the client sit in a chair (for shorter sessions) or lay on a massage table while the practitioner positions their hands on or around the clients body in a series of hand positions, flowing the life force energy though their hands into the client. Usui Reiki is a form of energy healing for the body, mind, emotion, and spirit.

Reiki is also a great modality in assisting in the the healing process of sexual trauma & imbalances within thyself, promoting an even healthier, more balances relationship with our body and our sexuality.
